Absolutely. It’s not round, but it’s definitely long. Packed with laptops, sketchbooks, half-finished coffees and overlapping voices. Creativity doesn’t like walls it needs to bounce, mix, echo and collide. That’s why we sit close.

Where do your ideas come from?

A random word. A weird gif. A photo found by mistake. But mostly: they come when one says “this is dumb” and the other replies “yes, but wait…”. That’s usually the beginning.

Do you ever do proper brainstorming?

Of course. But the best ones start with “let’s not take ourselves too seriously”. Then someone hits play. Then silence. Then someone says something that makes no sense. And then, boom.

Who decides when a project is done?
